All interventions are delivered by registered nurses, with daily living support provided by trained carers under nursing supervision. Every care package is overseen by a Clinical Nurse Manager and the Registered Manager to ensure safety, governance, and continuity. Our teams provide specialist care for the following.

How Homecare Works in Practice.
Every package is led by a Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) and supported by a skilled team. Collaboration ensures safety, continuity, and high-quality care.

Deliver all advanced interventions including tracheostomy, ventilation, PEG feeding, and seizure protocols. Every nurse is NMBI-registered and competency-assessed annually.

Support daily routines, mobility, and personal care under nurse supervision. Each HCA holds QQI Level 5 (or equivalent) and receives additional specialist training where required.

Ensures overall compliance, HIQA/HSE alignment, and that every package meets Irish standards for safety, accountability, and quality.

What We Look For.
The Skills and Qualities That Make a Difference.
We are looking for nurses, healthcare assistants, and specialist support staff who want to deliver complex, high-quality care. Registered Nurses hold RGN, RCN, RPN, or ID Nurse registration with NMBI. Healthcare Assistants bring acute or complex care experience—or are willing to complete specialist training. Relevant qualifications and full eligibility to work in Ireland are required.
