Specialist Complex Care at Home.

We provide nurse-led, carer-supported homecare for children, adults, and older people with high-dependency medical needs. Our service is designed for families who need more than standard home support — where daily clinical interventions are essential for safety and quality of life. We focus exclusively on complex care at home, delivered in partnership with families, hospitals, and the HSE.

Children with Complex Needs.

We support children with tracheostomy and home ventilation, severe epilepsy requiring seizure management, PEG or NG feeding, congenital and genetic syndromes, and profound intellectual or physical disabilities.
Families are supported by small, consistent teams who understand each child’s routines. Care is overseen daily by a Clinical Nurse Manager, with reviews built into HSE governance to keep support safe and stable.

Adults with Long-Term or Progressive Conditions.

We support adults who need specialist daily nursing care for conditions such as Motor Neurone Disease, advanced Multiple Sclerosis, Huntington’s disease, spinal cord injury with tracheostomy or ventilation, and acquired brain or neurological injuries.
Every plan combines nurse-delivered interventions — ventilation, tracheostomy, PEG, line management — with carer support for mobility, hoist transfers, and daily routines.

Older People with High-Dependency Needs.

We provide homecare for older people requiring daily clinical support, including chronic respiratory disease with oxygen therapy, advanced dementia with PEG feeding, seizure protocols, catheter care, complex palliative care, and multiple co-morbidities.
Registered nurses deliver interventions, supported by carers providing mobility and personal assistance. Governance and oversight ensure care is safe, consistent, and respectful.
