Every person’s care is clinically overseen by a named Clinical Lead who is responsible for governance, escalation pathways, and regular reviews. Frontline registered nurses deliver all clinical interventions; carers and support workers operate within a defined scope under nursing supervision. Our approach follows national scope-of-practice rules and HSE frameworks, so responsibilities are crystal clear and auditable.
